Expect steep rate increases once or twice each year. I have been a customer for 2 years, and my original rate was $191/month, which was about $210/month with tax and mandatory insurance. I now pay $260/month. And that's after calling them each time my rate increased to negotiate down the increase (was not always accommodated), otherwise this could have easily been nearly $300/month, 150% of the original rate after only 2 years... Otherwise my experience has been fine.
