The gentleman ( Alex) at the mahwah location who helped us was very efficient with all aspects of renting the unit to us and took the time to show us and direct us in the process
First of all, I cannot recommend these folks enough.. Alex has been fantastic... Been dealing with him for a long time...Very accommodating... He really cares.... There's another man.. (I'm sorry. I don't know his name) he's great too.... 5 stars across the board.... !!!
Ryan Conerly was super impatient unprofessional and rude. I am very displeased with his work ethic and how he handled our phone call leaving me on hold without having the info right infront of him claiming an issue with my account.
