Appreciate that ExtraSpace has move-in options of "free-month" or lower monthly costs. Facility is clean and well-kept. Units were very clean -- inside and out. Employee assisting in Chatsworth ExtraSpace was very helpful. Units are lighted. Units seem to have inside drainage so if rain-water is excessive, there are built-in channels to prevent inside flooding. Doors work well and slide easily. Great Experience.

Char was friendly, polite and knowledgeable walking us through our first time using a storage facility. The location was very clean with easy access for our truck. Char setup the lock for the unit and made the experience very easy. Am happy that we found this location!
