Extra Space Storage was insanely easy to work with and book our space. I literally did everything online, and when I called to let them know we had moved out, the process was smooth and easy and the rep even made sure I was not charged for time I had not used the space. I can not say enough great things about my experience with them!!!
Spoke to Andrew on the phone about transferring my unit and let me tell you this gentleman was the kindest and most sincere customer service representative I’ve spoken to in a long time! He guided me through what I initially thought was going to be a headache and made the entire process utterly seamless! 10/10 experience thank you Andrew!
