Naila, the attendant was so kind and helpful. She had all the answers and no pressure to sign up. It was a great experience.
I moved into Extra Space Storage from another facility in July 2020. I was able to downsize and we traded one unit for a smaller unit in March 2021. Throughout this process, Nyla and Shanniece have been helpful. We have been very pleased with our overall experience with Extra Space Storage.

This was the easiest and friendliest storage facility I have ever used. The gate system is user friendly, the customer service is top-notch, and the facility is clean and has pest control.
