I moved into Extra Space Storage from another facility in July 2020. I was able to downsize and we traded one unit for a smaller unit in March 2021. Throughout this process, Nyla and Shanniece have been helpful. We have been very pleased with our overall experience with Extra Space Storage.
Great location and friendly service.
This was the easiest and friendliest storage facility I have ever used. The gate system is user friendly, the customer service is top-notch, and the facility is clean and has pest control.
I was able to get my stuff into the unit that day, and the price was reasonable
This facility and Staff are EXCELLENT!! The staff was friendly, competent and helpful, The facility including bathrooms are very clean, secure and well lit. The account sign up was quick and easy, Nyla showed us the units and let us pick the one we wanted and showed us how to us the lock, elevator, and the loading bay. She also wrote our code on a business card, which was very helpful. I would reccommend this place to all my friends.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The building is clean and the units are as well. Prices are reasonable. I would recommend Extra Space Storage to all my friends and family.

Wow! Needed to change my storage options and Tyler was the best at the Southpoint address. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful as well as patient. He was able to arrange a unit for me that was perfect. I really appreciate his help in achieving that. Thanks.
