The move-in experience was great! The facility was immaculate, the manager took the time to help me ensure I had chosen the right size, explained all the positive aspects of Extra Space Storage, walked with me to the new unit to show me the elevators, where the unit was, ensure that I was able to secure the lock, etc. It was very reassuring, that this was the best choice! Thank you!!
