DO NOT RECOMMEND! Unit was broken into within a month of move in. Bicycle and other things were stolen. The company was weirdly apathetic and no information was offered as to how/when the break in happened. I filed a police report and was told later on that the facility did not because there was no damage to their property. Company said they didn't see anyone leaving with a bicycle on their camera footage which "covers every entry and exit" and that they would not release footage to the police unless subpoenaed. I started using extra storage space when I moved to Austin three months ago. I just want to warn all the people that the price you start renting your storage space with will drastically change after three months of using the storage. They tried to explain to me how that was a web promo and that the prices change after three months. Obviously, nowhere is that mentioned online when you reserve your spot nor do they tell you that when you actually sign to rent the space. If I could assign a zero star rating I would. This place is a scam which allows homeless people to sleep in the units. It is not safe nor is anything you put there. My unit was broken into and basically all family heirlooms stolen. The storage unit was aware of this and call the police, we have been in several conversations with the police detective. Beware. Increased my rent by 50% in my 4th month. By sending me a tiny little postcard that I almost threw away. All their other comms were friendly emails asking me to rate them, ask me how my rental is going...so it was extra weird to be informed by a 1990s piece of mail.

UPDATE 2: For posting an honest review they said they are trying to evict me.... UPDATE: This place is horrible! Previously I used this place and gave it 5-stars, now this second time using them the new management runs it so bad & there's so much crime. Also, NO TRASH. I have had a gun pulled on me, my car broken into, and things gone missing. Then they limit access on your unit WITHOUT notification.
