Easy process and simple access! Parking could be a bit better, but I know that’s partly due to the location.
Great experience, easy to set up, friendly staff, new and clean building, signed up for it the same day and did all set through the phone. There is a mandatory monthly insurance fee though and I was not aware of that before signing up. But I am pretty pleased with the service.
The location in Tigard has been great. It's nice and clean and feels much more secure than other outdoor access storage that we've used before. The only misunderstanding was regarding the lock. We didn't realize that the units utilize a cylinder lock, but the gentleman at our location was great when I called back and told him that I didn't realize what type of lock was needed. Would definitely recommend.
Trip was very nice and friendly. He took the time to answer my questions and offer me any questions that I thought would come up and it worked out very well. I had a great experience

Wonderfully clean, well lit, online price was great. This was the easiest part of our move. Carts are available to unload your items, elevator was fast. Security is great I really like the way the place feels overall.
