I have used many storage units before.. let me just say so far this beats all the others. Not only did I get excellent customer service but the entire facility was clean and well maintained. Bonus is the security and the elevators.

David helped me SO much in finding the right size storage unit for me and my partner. Even when I realized we had accidentally signed for a unit at the incorrect location, David did a very nice warm handoff to Mae and she was equally as amazing. Such a smooth experience, save for my own mistake haha

I do not give you five stars because when we are moving we are stressed out and receiving so many emails makes it even more stressful. I know the staff is trying to be helpful but I would appreciate if someone can just answer my questions if I send an email. I appreciate your services.

Very easy and simple move in. I like how secure it is and the access hours are later than most storage places which I like. Would recommend renting a unit here!
