I found Extra Space on line because it was conveniently located, then found it was a great price AND I could reserve it on line. I found the employees to be very helpful and the facility is very clean.
Easy online registration, got me the space I needed and I was moving in an hour later. Was able to do everything online, no contact.
Great customer service, and explanation of size needed. The storage units are wonderfully maintained, and my unit was the perfect size!

I have used many storage units before.. let me just say so far this beats all the others. Not only did I get excellent customer service but the entire facility was clean and well maintained. Bonus is the security and the elevators.

David helped me SO much in finding the right size storage unit for me and my partner. Even when I realized we had accidentally signed for a unit at the incorrect location, David did a very nice warm handoff to Mae and she was equally as amazing. Such a smooth experience, save for my own mistake haha
