I am so pleased I found this place. Previously I had been at public storage which would earn a minus 10 review from me. Anyway, I was able to secure a great unit in a convenient location. The woman helping me over the phone secured me a larger unit than I had before with public storage for less. I am so pleased that every time I’ve been there, there is actually a human being on premises for help. The facility is actually climate controlled and quite cool inside since my piano is being stored in addition to house stuff.
Nikita was very helpful with getting me a lower monthly rate. Her customer service was welcoming. My only concern, not directly with her, but I just rented space not too long ago (May) to have my rent go up $100. Thanks to Nikita it’s a little lower but it definitely makes me reconsider going with a company. Just be prepared for rate changes at anytime. Thank you again Nikita for your help.
Jeff was extremely helpful in ensuring that my movement went smoothly and payments were handled. I have appreciated the swiftness of support from the team there at Extra Space, and would love to rent a unit in the future if needed. The facility is kept very clean and I am confident that the installed surveillance keeps the end users possessions safe.
Jeff was a big help and made getting a storage unit an easy experience. He showed us the unit, explained the contract and security system and was able to get us sorted in about 20 minutes. We even qualified for promotional pricing. Clean and well-kept facility.
Jeff was great to work with from start to finish in renting my unit out. Clearly knowledgeable about storage and the specific property that I was at. He took the time to show me around. Couldn't have asked for a friendlier, positive experience
