Great customer service, Awkward parking and location Got a great rate on a promo offer. Clean facility, but not much parking and limited loading/unloading area. Hard to access dead end street is only accessible from one direction. Tight quarters for the loading and unloading. Make sure you clarify their policy on prepaying the promo rate vs. how long the promo rate will actually last.
Quick and Easy First time renting a unit, great customer service and the unit was very easy to find and get moved in.

Could do more The staff that I had talked to were very friendly and helpful. The only thing bad I can say it I never say anything about a $25 admin fee, $17 for a lock or insurance prices when I reserved a unit.
Good price This is a very clean place and save the price is good
Very easy to use and very secure ! This storage unit made me feel super safe leaving my things there, there are multiple codes at multiple points to make sure you only have access to your things in the building ! And getting things in and out is super simple!
Great Clean and easily accessible. Would recommend.
Very nice Great front desk support, clean inside and out. Easy access. Only downside is not a lot of parking available.
