The customer service was wonderful! Liam, Stephanie and Kristina were very pleasant and helpful! The unit that I selected was available at the Beaver Dam Road location. The building is extremely clean. The entire process was Thumbs up to Extra Space Storage!

Excellent location and customer service at the Beaver Dam location in Timonium. The place is extremely clean. They went the extra mile and provided me with a ladder and a grabber to get to items stored up high in the rental unit. Highly recommend this facility! Very impressed with both the girls working today!! They deserve more than 5 stars!
