RecommendedExcellent location and customer service at the Beaver Dam location in Timonium. The place is extremely clean. They went the extra mile and provided me with a ladder and a grabber to get to items stored up high in the rental unit. Highly recommend this facility! Very impressed with both the girls working today!! They deserve more than 5 stars!

Beware of bate and switch - my rent was $132 for the first 4 months and then Extra Space bumped it to $232 per month - a $100 increase! They said they monitor competitive rates - that's crazy. When I signed up, I got the online rate - not the discounted 50% rate.
