Pandemic, quarantine, the shutdown... These have become 2020 buzzwords. Unfortunately, my industry tanked which meant that I needed to give up my home of many years. I found out that during this time of social distancing, it's possible to reserve or rent storage online. The email that comes with the gate code has zeros in front of the gate code and this is incorrect. I could not get in and the store employee seemed irritated and unhelpful. She finally got it to work, and told me not to put zeros in front of the code. Please fix this when you send out email with gate code to new customers. Other than that, it's been great.
