Kathy is awesome at the Vickery Street location in Fort Worth, TX. The facility is great with easy access, tons of lighting and very safe and secure. Would highly recommend this location.

BEWARE FREQUENT RATE INCREASES: I have experienced very large rate increases multiple times over the course of 2 years. You should expect that they can raise the rates by large percentages on a regular basis. Sometimes they lessen the increases when requested, but still unreasonable in my opinion. They essentially say it's in the lease or that they adjust rates (up to monthly) to account for market fluctuations. Worst storage experience in 30 years.
