RecommendedI have stored my furniture,etc there for a couple of years. It’s very clean, well lit, climate controlled and a great, safe place to store thingsthat are important to you. The people who run it are also very friendly and helpful especially Heidi the manager. Great people! Great place!

I was waiting for the call, and when he called he was very kind and explained the lease as well as the protection agreement requirements. He also went over the total cost and explained where the storage was located in the building. He was very patient when I asked a few questions, had a few laughs and it was a good conversation I’d say.

I recently moved from Spokane, Washington to another state and had to leave half of my belongings behind in the care of a close family friend. We found this location through Google. We decided to visit and we were so impressed. The manager Heidi, was so friendly. We could observe she took a lot of pride in her work. She answered every question we had in a refreshingly straightforward manner. She explained their billing system and any ancillary charges which we felt was fair. The staff at their north spokane facility is great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. The rental process is quick and the facility is clean and secure.

They were available to help me when I was in a pinch. The storage unit I originally got wasn't answering their phones and the unit was still locked. Panicked, I called Extra Space and the on duty manager was very helpful, kind and patient with me. We were able to process everything in under 10 minutes and I got my code, unit number and was able to move in all under 30 minutes! The building is clean, there are carts available for use and it is temp controlled, I believe
