There is a lady named Heidi at the Division location and she was an absolute superwoman! She made the experience very smooth and answered any and all questions I had. The units are very clean as well, best customer service I've had in a while ☺️

Very friendly and very thorough explanation of property rules. Only thing they don't tell us is the prices will go up after the second month and after Almost every 2 months. I thought I was getting a Good deal on my 5x10 but now it's 144$ a month not such a good deal. The facility is immaculate and very secure but watch your prices.

Right now I’d give 1/2 star if I could. 16 hours after a snow storm in Spokane the only loading dock wasn’t shoveled. It’s not that big and the snow is ver dry and light. This isn’t acceptable. It was 10 AM and no excuse for this. I wish I had chosen another facility.

On 3/10/2021 my storage unit was burglarized at the division street location. Seven lockers including mine were burglarized. The person involved was a tenant of the storage facility. I have lost personal items that my Father gave me, that I have had for more than 50 years. Personal items given to me by my Grand-daughter were stolen. Heidi was amazing! She was very thorough with the rules, the exits, where to load and unload. She made the process super easy and fun. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs to have a storage unit.
