I had called Extra Space to let them know I would be coming in to get storage. When I came in Hanna asked if I was Victoria. Yes I am, I said. Hanna was very friendly and helpful. She is knowledgeable about Extra Storage and willing to share information on billing, entry and exit, and asked if I had any questions.
