I needed a storage unit last minute. When I pulled in, Carol was in the parking lot getting ready to leave (it was lunchtime) and she promptly stopped, led me back in and quickly got me set up with the perfect unit to fit my needs! Carol is so kind and friendly! She was a pleasure to work with and made the experience quite easy for a newbie like me. I strongly recommend ExtraSpace Storage! They have great prices compared to other local storage companies and the service is top notch!!!
I was very happy right from my first phone call they returned my call right away the were very informative about there location and there facility they were great to deal with in person when it went in to the office they made it very easy to for me to make my decision to rent with extra space we talked and laughed I believe the ladies I dealt with really know and enjoy there job and that was nice to see because im a business owner and I hope my employees make my customers feel like I felt doing business
