With all the employee shortages throughout our state, we've learned that customer satisfaction isn't a high priority right now. Just getting a body to fill the position is a difficult task in itself. Not at this Extra Space Storage on County St in Taunton, customer service and customer satisfaction comes first. It is very refreshing to know that not just the things your storing will be protected but they will also have your back and be there when you need them. Thank you for all your help

FIVE STARS! From the online reservation to talking with Dawn-manager, on the phone to finding my unit today set up exactly as promised. The storage unit was found clean and dry, ready for use. Dawn’s instructions on finding and using the security keypad to get in and out of the gait were perfect, making for my first time use easy. I would highly recommend this place for your storage needs!
