Chelsea was great! I had explained to her the difficult situation that we needed help with and she went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed at a price that would fit our budget. The facility is clean, the storage units are kept clean, the prices are very competitive, and the customer service is amazing. After calling five or six different storage facilities I can definitely say that I picked the right one!
Secure gate, large clean indoor/outdoor units, good prices, quick to answer phone calls, great customer service, moving/ storing supplies sold in office, good access hours (6am-10pm), feel safe when on property at night as a young female.
The rental process was quick and very seamless. I felt that the attendant was knowledgeable and courteous. My experience was enjoyable.
