The ability to rent online, sign paperwork, make payments made the process so much easier, & faster. Also, the communication from the manager of the facility (Sean, I believe) was great! He checked in with me to make sure my move went ok & to see if I had any questions... He was very knowledgeable & answered all of my questions. Very nice building , convenient location , and met all my storage needs with size / climate controlled !
The employees are amazing. The facility is clean, well lit. Carts and elevators to help you haul your stuff, and drive in, which is fantastic when it is raining or cold out. The price was also perfect as well as the size of the unit I rented.
The customer service has been outstanding each time I’ve called with a question. I felt absolutely no pressure during the process. The facility and very clean and I had no difficulty using the carts provider or with elevator access.
As long as I've been renting storage spaces from facilities all over the United States I can honestly from the bottom of my heart say that hands down I won't go anywhere else and that is huge for me to say. Please don't go anywhere else you won't regret it!
