This was my first experience renting a storage space and I was relieved with how easy it was to register for the rental! I completed the info online and within seconds I was provided my access code and advised to stop by within 24 hours to secure the unit. When I went secure the lock on the unit I was amazed at how clean and well kept the facility was. The facility is spacious and clean. The people are great to work with. Having a safe place to stash my stuff after a move has taken a lot of the stress out of the ordeal! Two years in, and I am still sorting things down and unpacking boxes. Extra Space Storage has been a huge help in all of this!
Preparing for a move and rented a unit from here. The service I received was outstanding. I received a fantastic rate and the lady that assisted me was tremendous. She walked me through the entire process and ensured I had everything I needed. I would strongly recommend this facility.
I rent two units from this facility, but I Would not recommend this facility to any family or friend. They have communication issues, as the management has increased my unit's cost by nearly double within only a years time. The last increase was $55 with no notice whatsoever of the price increase. They just deducted the additional amount out of my account. Also, I chose this facility due to the 24hr access they offered business owners. Loved the service we received. No complaints on my end. Staff is AMAZING. Prices are reasonable and if there’s any issues customer service is easy to deal with. Overall 10/10.
