This location is very clean, and the sales representative was very helpful. He gave me a tour twice before I decided to take a 12-month contract out for a storage unit. He was very informative and took the time to explain everything. I would highly recommend this location for a few reasons: RATES are affordable with the size unit you receive, well secured and gated to enter the facility and very clean in elevators and walking through hallways to units.

Lucy is amazing, so helpful and knowledgeable regarding the unit sizes and what may work for you. Lucy's customer service is very helpful and pleasant. If there is a concern she is organized and may be able to assist with where the concern may be coming from. She tries her best in assisting you any way she can.

This place helped me store my items while I was in the middle of a move - very clean and I love that I had access anytime (this helped me with my schedule) Juan was my favorite employee. He was professional, diligent and an all-around helpful guy. Would recommend using them !

This storage facility is great ! When i visited this location to rent a storage space i was helped by Luz . She was very pleasant and professional . I could tell that she took great pride in keeping the storage facility clean . She took the time to explain everthing i needed to know about renting a unit at this location . I was very impressed with how she represented Extra Space Storage . I will definitely recommend anyone i know who wants to have a great storage experience to come see Luz for all of their storage needs

I visited my storage space today, May 29, and I unserstood that I need to get more space. Today was holiday, but the office was open, and I got extra space very fast. My experience with Ashley was the utmost pleasant, and professional experience from the walk in. Her smile, her knowledge of the prices, the tour of storage space, 5 stars easy. I also loved at the end of the tour, Ashley reassured me that her location, 374 S Rivers Street, was a safe place for storage. Definitely recommend.
