Zero stars!!! When I first checked reviews for this location they were great back in November 2023. We called looking for pricing on a unit and spoke with someone named Scott, who claimed to be the owner. We stopped by to tour the grounds with the manager Lupe, who we were told lives onsite. We kept looking and called back about a week later, and then are then told that the price Scott quoted was a promotion price but the new price wouldn't change for at least 6 months ( unless their rent increased) They emailed us the ... read more

My wife and I were interested in renting a storage unit from this location due to the convenience it afforded us. The price seemed right and the distance from our home was perfect. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very rude lady. Slender with short hair, drives a scion. We chalked it up to her having a bad day and did not give it too much attention. I signed up 3 months ago online for the web only special. My rent was raised almost twice the amount without notice last month. I called and spoke with a representative who stated the price increased due to inflation, however they are still running the same web special. She also stated they didn't have to provide a notice yet she tells me they mailed a letter on the 9/17 and I received it 9/20. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY. i just was informed at 545pm that my unit was broken into and i need to assess the loss. Sorry we close at 6pm and to come by the next day. First of all, Why would they wait until 15min before closing to call and inform a customer their unit was broken into and not first thing in the morning? The guy who called me was useless and had nothing to contribute but "hey i am new i don't know anything about anything. BUT let me tell you exactly how to file a claim with insurance." If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I have had one of the most violating experiences ever through this establishment. After going to my storage unit I noticed a large amount of my items were missing and someone else's items were in their place. After reaching out to the manager, their only response was basically that it wasn't their problem and to contact the police. On Feb 2. 2021 I went to my unit to grab some things. When I got to my unit I noticed the latch wasn't properly secured. I open my unit and immediately noticed my unit was drastically more empty.
