Joyce Ignoffo, manager of Algonquin storage was absolutely wonderful to work with. Completely upfront with all pricing, increases and fees. Her sunny disposition along with a clean facility was greatly appreciated.
Bob was awesome and helpful with all my questions and concerns. Was assistant with showing me and locker and helping with other accessories.

I've used Extra Space Storage at other locations and the customer service has always been fantastic. Bob continues the tradition at their Hintz Rd location. They are simple and quick when leasing a space.

We needed a storage unit after my son moved out of apartment before his house was ready. They walked us through every step and even tries to get us a locker as close as we could to the entrance as the moving truck couldn't pull up to the unit. Very helpful and informative.
Used them many years ago and was quite pleased with the facility, this Spring we needed to pack and store household items. I wasn't sure if it would still be as clean and maintained as before but to my surprise it was and Steve the manager couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. It's great to have a neighborhood business that still believes in providing great customer service. The prices are a bit high but for everything that they offer and the safest way to store your items it's definitely worth it.

Do not rent space from this facility. Absolute criminal pricing. Started at $35 and have raised the price twice. Now at $95 a month. Absolute trash
The elevator has not worked in almost a year. Every time I ask about it, everyone is most courteous and apologetic but courtesy and $5.50 gets you a coffee at Starbucks. There is no need for the boilerplate reply about calling someone. Just fix it.

Terrible service and worse experience EVER!! I was there for 7 months. When I rented the unit, I was never told the lift was broken-why didn't they disclose that on the phone (false advertisement)? Had they, I would have gone elsewhere. When my paid movers arrived is when I learned the elevator lift was broken, so it cost me an extra hour in movers costs because they had to go up 15 stairs and down a hallway to move my stuff in.
