Elevator is always out of order makes moving things out difficult. They need a fix asap!!

Elevator has been out of service for about a year. Makes it difficult when you are periodically pulling things out and bringing additional items. The rent kept increasing however. Moved out and no one asked why.

Terrible service. Not only did they raise the prices one month after I joined, the elevator that goes up and down from street level to the underground storage units has been broken for almost a year now, making moving things in or out of the unit virtually impossible. Upon calling and asking why the elevator hasn't been fixed, the employee said they are waiting for a part... for a year??? Ridiculous, and they still had the audacity to raise the prices! Terrible, terrible, terrible service at this location. Don't be fooled by how helpful they are when you are paying for a new rental. Once they have charged you it is very difficult to get any assistance. Three days after I rented the elevator broke (my unit is on lower level) and the guy working there could not tell me when it would be fixed and to move my stuff using the stairway. I rented the small 5x5 space then needed to move from the area. Once I updated my address with an out of state address, they have since raised my rent twice in 6 months, doubling it from the original internet price at a time when I am struggling to survive and living for a few months where friends have an extra bedroom. We rented a unit using the contactless system. Our code doesn't work, the emergency code we got via the emergency line doesn't work, and of course no one is available at the office. Now I have to unload everything from my car. I would cancel this unit if I could.

MOLD!!! We've had our storage space for over 20 years at this location. Recently, Extra Space bought out the storage facility and for the first time in over 20 years, we have problems. There is visible mold growing on our stuff. All our boxes are damp. We called the office and they told us they've received complaints already, but didn't act of them because the person who complained didn't provide pictures.
