Terrible establishment they had roaches in my unit and even a dead mouse tucked away in the corner when I went into it it was a terrible experience please do not rent from these people run away because even when you confront it all they do is tell you you have to leave and not refund your money

Absolutely terrible service all I did was do a rent contact with rental couldn't find the storage unit there was three units labeled 211 and no units labeled 210 which would have been my unit I called them and to cancel my unit and they tried to tell me why I shouldn't then they called me a week later and told me that I was on the do not rent list now and that they would not refund me my money even tho I never even opened the unit couldn't find it to open it plus lady never even seen my ID to rent the place once I would say ... read more
