I hadn't had the time to leave a review due to having such a busy schedule, but finally have the time to do so ! Well let's start off by saying I am extremely satisfied w/the customer service they offer, I was quickly greeted as I walked in &thanks to the person helping me I left completely happy w/all my needs taken care of, plus she made me feel like my business was in great hands. Gracias !

Renters Beware: It's called a bait and switch. The business practice of luring in renters in with low rates, only to then raise them shortly thereafter.
Storage space got broken into last month, came into see the damage a lot of stuff was gone and the managers or staff did nothing about it, we also could not see the footage unless police were involved. Also the new manager is very rude down talking not only to customers but to their staff as well
(Updated 5/28/25) If this review is still live, no remedy has been offered by this location--regardless of any response they may post here. Warning to future renters: Do not store anything valued over $2,000, as that is the maximum covered by insurance in case of theft. My unit was broken into 6 months into the lease, and I was never notified. They continued charging me for another 6 months, despite the unit being nearly empty. Don't rent here. My storage was robbed. Completely emptied out and they did nothing to help me. Corporate greed. DDD. Chelsea was great, very kind and helpful and the staff for the most part we're also very kind empathetic and helpful. It's the insurance and the corporate policies that I have a problem with and just a true display of evil capitalistic policies.

This place is infested with rodents and has been all year. I've thrown away countless items I've had stored because the rodents ate them, peed on them or pooped on them.

DO NOT RENT HERE - Our storage unit was robbed and they refused to cover the items or help us with anything. This is an extremely unprofessional and irresponsible storage place. I'm on the phone with Isaac their site manager and he did nothing for us. And the district manager was out of office. You are warned not to store here. If I could give negative 5 reviews I would.

High theft location, if you love your belongings do not rent any of your stuff here or any storage near by. All my belongings were stolen and the storage manager will tell you we are not responsible for theft just like your apartment the landlord is not responsible if you stuff is broken into so stay away. There are many other safe public storages somewhere else and not in E.12th St Oakland and 29th Ave. Horrible location and dangerous
