I hadn't had the time to leave a review due to having such a busy schedule, but finally have the time to do so ! Well let's start off by saying I am extremely satisfied w/the customer service they offer, I was quickly greeted as I walked in &thanks to the person helping me I left completely happy w/all my needs taken care of, plus she made me feel like my business was in great hands. EDIT: Emily, the number you gave me just goes to my local facility. They would not help me previously and they will not return my calls. THEFT/BREAK-IN My storage space was broken into earlier this year. Items were stolen. Other storage spaces near me were also pried open. Even though there were locks on the doors, the metal doors are soft enough that someone could use a crowbar to pry it open and get in. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! It is clearly a money laundering site. My unit was broken into twice, and now there's been a fire in the section of the facility where my unit is. I think they steal from or burn down units that don't give them positive reviews or they exist to STEAL FROM HARDWORKING PEOPLE. DO NOT STORE HERE. THE MANAGER, DANI IS THE LITERAL SCUM OF THE EARTH; the most unhelpful, apathetic person you'll have the displeasure of speaking with.

I opened a storage here 4 months ago, the assistant was happy to tell me my price would be 195 per month with insurance an extra 25 so 220 all together. I went to pay my bill not even a full 4 months later and they raised my rent to 322. No notice, no letter, no email. I called and spoke with someone they told me to call back in 30 minutes. Don't rent here. Yes they bait and switch you with the rent price, the place has a rodent issue etc etc but what finally got me to leave after renting a storage unit here for years was the terrible new management they have now. They treat you like a criminal rather than a valued customer, cop attitude with you, talk to you crazy, yell at you if come in behind someone without entering a code (even though they recognize you) and charge you if you forget a piece of paper or a box while gathering things from storage and fine you... read more

Renters Beware: It's called a bait and switch. The business practice of luring in renters in with low rates, only to then raise them shortly thereafter.
Storage space got broken into last month, came into see the damage a lot of stuff was gone and the managers or staff did nothing about it, we also could not see the footage unless police were involved. Also the new manager is very rude down talking not only to customers but to their staff as well
(Updated 5/28/25) If this review is still live, no remedy has been offered by this location--regardless of any response they may post here. Warning to future renters: Do not store anything valued over $2,000, as that is the maximum covered by insurance in case of theft. My unit was broken into 6 months into the lease, and I was never notified. They continued charging me for another 6 months, despite the unit being nearly empty.
