We appreciate the fast service we had when the garage door opener stopped working. And then, we were very pleased that it was fully paid for by Landmark Home Warranty when it was determined that we needed a new replacement for the garage door opener. We are very happy we had the Home Warranty.

What makes the difference is customer service. I spoke with Shannon - who was polite, personable, a quick study and knew exactly what department I had to speak with to get the best extension of my current warranty. Then, Frank F connected with me and solved my real estate sale issue extending the warranty and providing me with needed paperwork in minutes! Fast, efficient, personable - a million thanks to these 2 individuals.
In our family, we have 3 homes covered with Landmark Home Warranty. Anytime there is a problem with a covered item, it is easy to file a claim and we have only had good and reputable companies come for repair. The rates are reasonable and customer service is top notch. I highly recommend this home warranty company.
