I have Landmark Home Warranties on two of my homes. I have had them fix several appliances with always perfect results. They only work with top notch repair companies and have never had any significant problems or issues to date. Landmark is very professional and care about good service. Great company and I highly recommend them for your home protection.

After my Swamp Cooler service, I was never contacted about the service. My Swamp Cooler doesn't work and Landmark didn't check back.
