It can be difficult to get all of the information about what the warranty will and won't cover but if you research carefully and know that you will have to pay for service fees and parts of some repairs (our share ended up being way less than 50% which was great!) then a home warranty is well worth the time and money. They cared about my situation and went the extra mile to help me.
They're good. I don't like the pressure they put on me for responding to calls and emails and on getting the service scheduled and completed so quickly. I had a work order cancelled because it couldn't be completed within a specific time period.
Customer service was very friendly and helpful.
