Landmark customer service is wonderful. They are always willing to help with any issue. They stay involved until the problem is solved. We have never had a problem getting in touch with them.
Landmark wasn't able to provide names of contractors. It worked of well but would have appreciated contact information.

I actually had a claim 2 weeks after I purchased the contract. My water heater broke. They sent out experts and replaced my water heater with a new and better one.then, in less than a year, I had problems with my air conditioner. Forgot I had the warranty and called someone else who said the repair job would be VERY expensive. Remembered the warrant and called Landmark.
