The person that answered the phone was very nice and concerned that we had an electrical problem in our new home. Our purchase of the home warranty was was not totally entered through the system so she transfered me to her supervisor who also very concerned about our electrical problem. She contacted the local electrical repairman here and he came early the next morning and fixed it
