Submitting a claim has been relatively easy, although getting the repair complete sometimes takes a while.

The company has been good but their coverage of certain items is lacking. They do not cover specific things and do not offer alternatives. We are thinking of switching to American Home Shield.

Service is solid, but you denied a claim on an after-the-fact outcome of the item already being broken and serviced prior. You didn't do right.
