Excellent customer service, great value and often replace items or repair that other companies won't, such as a brand new clothes washer.

Got denied at first and had to re submit a lot of info again and chase reciepts of inspection

The service company takes far too long to get to the job, then lack of communication creates another time issue.

There's always room for improvement but time has been spent to clarify coverages. Had issues with contractors who were not in my area so I experienced time delays in getting service timely.
