Was excellent until they started using foreign customer service
Fred F. was spectacular on the phone from start to finish. I called him agitated and semi-aggressive (which I hate doing to customer service reps as I know it’s not their fault). He was very patient, kind, and helpful with me and easily guided me through the steps I needed to take going forward. If I ever call back in for customer service (I mainly use the online feature) I would definitely want to use Fred as it is apparent that he cares about helping others.
They make service appointments easy & hassle free. The technician they sent was prompt & business like. He went right to work & came back with a report. Fortunately I needed no repairs!
Great start. As soon as I call them somebody was there to help me setup my new contract.
