This is my 2nd year with landmark but so far I'm pleased with the customer service. I am constantly moving at work 6 days a week and don't have much time to take care of things I need to. I was on hold for a split second before I got a representative, when I spoke with him he explained my questions fully in detail and was quick with handling my renewal. Definitely satisfied. Home warranty policy offers are hitting my email several times a month. I ignored them because everyone I spoke with had bad experiences with those companies. My son recommended enrolling in a Landmark. He has used them for years and was always happy with their service. I didn't realize how inexpensive the insurance was. I took a fully-loaded policy, and the representative, Alexander J. was wonderful. Alexander helped me set up an automatic withdrawal when my computer was acting up.
