Extra Space has been doing a lot of work to fix the place up. I had my door replaced with a brand new one and got a lock for free! I was able to keep my old lock and got a new door and more secure lock

Daniel is a really great manager. I was unsure how the new company was going to be when they came in but he has been amazing with the transition of the site and has been very professional and caring

I was pleasantly surprised by the manager, Cathy, and how she was so informative, friendly, and helpful in the meeting we had. She had to call me a couple times since my biz was slammed and I appreciate the follow up and reminders to come by after I made a reservation online. I decided to rent the space and she accommodated the need I had while sticking with the online price I was quoted, got me set with a lock which they sell there, and helped make sure the gate opened with the code she gave me.
