The associate Mr. Daniel was very courteous and very helpful professional. He was knowledgeable of all the different space storages. And just because of my experience today with him. I'm going to rent a storage at this location. This company needs to hire more professional with attitude like Mr. Daniel. And they should add him on the HR review hiring video for associates to learn the way you should treat customers.
Daniel is amazing! I came in around 5:45 PM this evening, and he was kind enough to show me to my storage unit, despite the fact the office was closing soon and it was raining heavily. He logged my information quickly but efficiently, provided me with my gate access code, walked me to my storage unit (located at the back of the storage grounds), and showed me how to use the features available at Extra Space Storage.
