Rafael at the Anaheim location on Katella was awesome when helping my mom (GD) . He worked with her on pricing. He was very kind and patient when answering her questions. Great customer service. This storage location is very clean and easily accessible.

I have been a customer of this location for many years now. They recently changed ownership and became Extra space. Luckly for this location they kept Zsuzsanna who is an assistant manager. What a wonderfull person she is. Very helpfull & knowledgable. I recently added an extra unit for my small business. With her help I was in an out in about 10 minutes. Jessica the manager is also very helpfull. Keep up the great work ladies !!
They magnanimously allowed Raphael to reverse my rent increase. For a while. That's OK. Their management of the place, like many others managed with obvious unscrupulous, amoral greed-- shouldn't affect the front line worker. Raph does his best, helplessly being the middle man thrust into dealing with their bait and switch ads, single available cart, and rent increases that happen DESPITE ZERO VALUE ADDED.
