I had the greatest experience with Melissa at Auburn Blvd. Citrus Heights, Ca she was very professional in her appearance as well as her customer service. I was taken a back because she looked like my Mother, when I saw her I was close to tears. she handle a very emotional moment for me, with gentleness and kindness. she allowed the moment to pass before the business side. she was able to get me in a storage unit quickly. she didn't have what I needed on her site so she was able to find me the unit I wanted down the street. ... read more

Clean. Quiet. I was there on a weekday and hardly notice any foot traffic. Office staff went above and beyond with customer service. Facility was super clean. I would highly recommend. The rates are outstanding. When I encountered an issue and needed help the onsite manager gave excellent customer service.

Jordan and Jarred were both great people to interact with, friendly and respectful. We found out rates went up suddenly about $80 and this made it unaffordable. Still they were kind and helped us find a way to make moving out not cost us more than necessary. As much as I cannot afford to stay here, the move in last year and all the customer service we had with them still left us with an overall pleasant experience this past year. Jordan, the manager at the Citrus Heights Extra Space storage on Auburn Blvd was super helpful today. The company had sent me a post card raising my rate from $138 a month to $200!! Crazy!! Luckily, Jordan was able to discount the rate to a more reasonable amount of $169 for a 10x10 outside unit. I love the new hours, so much more convenient! Thank you!
I never thought in my life I would have to get a storage unit, but can I tell you that Chaneisa and Jordan both made the process so easy at Extra Space Storage. Customer service was amazing.
