Excellent service, easy set up, friendly staff, clean premises, easy access. Elevators are clean with ample room, loaner dollies available.

My first time using a storage space. I'm so happy I chose this location (Hyde Park) because the young lady at the front desk was phenomenal! I listened to her as she patiently attended to a client on the phone while acknowledging myself and another lady while we wait. Absolutely made my day!!!
The space was very clean and well kept. Best of all, Corrine was awesome. She answered all my questions patiently and explained the details very well. Her customer service was superb. Keep it up Corrine! I knew i made the right choice in choosing Extra space storage!
5 stars++++ Ms.Corinne is the Best!!! Let me started by saying the Lady in the front desk was so super NICE!!!! When we walked in she greeted us with a beautiful smile. I was so pleased to see how clean the place looked. I'm so Happy that I have a unit at this location.
Vance was very helpful in getting me checked in and very attentive to all of my inquiries. We had access to dollies and massive elevators. The facility is clean, well managed and maintained. Would definitely recommend to others!
