These people are so super helpful.. unlike any other storage place around LA.. they really care and are so nice and polite, clean Not on drugs able to answer any question..if you need a storage place this is the place for you.. it's completely brand new and score!! Thanks Vanessa you the best!

Extra space storage raised the rates on me every three months, I wasnt happy each time and i got charged for not cleaning out everything which is not true also young lady had attitude
DO NOT RENT AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!! WILL MESS UP YOUR PAYMENTS AND HOLD YOU responsible to fix their error!!!!!! Was not notified that the STORE MANAGER "accidently" charged another renters card on my account 6/4/25 and they did not make the correction until 7/18/25, causing my account to appear pass due. I was not made aware of any of this until I login in to pay my bill and saw that it was pass due. My bill does not come out until the 13th of each month and since the error was not corrected until the 18th everything look... read more
The price is the only good thing going here. Half the time the elevators or sliding doors to enter aren't working. The sliding door that is working is locked for some reason so you half to walk around the property to the door that is open and walk all the way back to the only elevator working.

What can I say? A LOT! Im big on first impressions. As far as I'm concerned, from the call center to the facility's manager; they failed severely. We called ES customer service, doing our due diligence. We were given incorrect information. My sister inquired about long term renting. We were told that ES had ltr. The guy reserved a unit for us over the phone. We waited for the call he said we'd receive from the facility. Nailah Lynch, the facility manager called.
