Good phone CSR. I've not rented a storage unit for over a decade, had no idea what to expect. It's a secure facility with wrought iron fencing, cameras throughout, and a passcode to get in & out. I have a climate controlled unit and there's a passcode to get INTO my building also! It's all very reassuring! My unit was very clean, as in "new" clean, upon entry and the lock & keys were left where promised. All seamless! Each building has a luggage cart to help move your items as well. I’ve been a customer for about 4 months. I’ve only been in 3 times. The only person I’ve ever dealt with is Chris, whom I’ve never met before. All 3 of the times I went in I ended up spending 20 mins talking to him. When you’re standing there talking to the guy you end up feeling like you’ve been friends for 20 years. Chris at S Franklin location was extremely prompt and helpful in getting us a new unit and accessing it quickly. It is super cold today and he was so fast to ensure we could get everything done in a timely manner. Highly recommend this location.

Awesome! The amazing service I have received from Chris, the manger at my Extra Space Storage facility has gone above and beyond my expectations! Chris has always been kind, courteous, professional and helpful. This facility is extremely clean and secure.
