Very convenient place. I just wish they had more dollies. It was pretty busy when we went Saturday morning, but I guess I was to be expected. It's a good deal for how big the storage units are here. You have to put in a code to get in, which is very secure, but also when you get to the elevator. The bathroom is really clean, but you need a code for that too. :-) let's just say it's very safe here.

Walter, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure I was squared away with my storage unit. His professional and courteous approach made my move in and move out super smooth. This man is gold! This facility is also extremely well kept and y'all can thank Walter for that!

I came by the storage is super clean Hector & Walter are super nice help me answer all my questions, so I rented one 10X7, I never rent any storage, I will pay the whole year by next Monday 11st,2023 thank you,

They were very attentive when I went there. I couldn't find my storage unit so they came and help me find it. I couldn't learn how to do that lock that they give you to put on there, so they came back up with no fuss or anything and we're happy to do it for me.

I needed to find a climate controlled storage space for some items. When I spoke with someone on the phone, I was told there was a 5x5 unit available that should work for my needs. This seemed like it could be too small, so they suggested a 5x10 unit. However, when I moved my belongings in I realized that the 5x10 was way bigger than I needed and I also had some concerns with the particular storage unit. The Staff was very helpful and informative there is a lot of space to move things and the inside unit had a nice temperature. Bathrooms were a huge Plus for me trying to unpack repack rearrange stuff can take a lot of time. The site is a few blocks from the orange line so if you have a car being shipped or not available it is still easy to get there pretty cheap. Being involved in foreclosure buisness, I help lots of my clients to store their belongings in a storage until they get back on their feet and I gotta say this is by far the best, cleanest, most professional staff, specially Hector, best priced, storage place I found in the in town.
