Been trying to get a unit transferred for months, no one will call you back and they never answer the phone. After they finally returned the call of the person the unit was transferring from they threatened to auction the contents of the unit. I made a payment for 6 months to stop all that 2 weeks ago while we could get the paperwork sorted out.
