Would not do this again. Signed an agreement in August. Asked them if I had to worry about my rent going up suddenly. I was told was good for at least six months but if it does go up, the increase should be reasonable. It is not even three months later and they almost double my monthly rent. Told me it was a “promotional” rate that was expiring-no where in the contract or website did they say they were giving me a promotional rate. Ridiculous.
