Awesome customer service Great customer service, very friendly and helpful staff!! Very thorough expaining all if the policies and procedures of Life Storage.
Great customer service. Needed to find a storage unit and someone referred me to Life Storage. The people were very friendly over the phone and when I went to check out the unit she was very informative and friendly. Unit and grounds were all kept up; many units to chose from; they work with you to make sure you pick the correct size. No issues at all, very satisfied with my choice.
One improvement may save your walls!:) The hallways are very narrow...you may want to have smaller, more narrow carts to be sure you can make the turns without hitting anything:) Tammy was awesome though and I love that you have an access to a restroom if needed...helpful when moving things to have a restroom handy! Thank you!

Love this place Moving after my divorce was the most stressful thing ever but the ladies in the office in Mokena were amazing. They helped me reserve the unit, find movers and helped me get all the right boxes for my stuff. The girls reserved my unit for me and my unit/building was the cleanest I've ever seen in storage. Thanks again ladies and keep up the great work!!
IT WAS GREAT! We had used a storage unit for a few things with another company, and when we went to go and get out stuff out, it was disgusting, mice droppings everywhere, even roaches were found. BUT. at life storage, I could not believe how spotless the unit was, and it was easy excess. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that needed clean safe storage. And the manager that signed me up, was very helpful and courteous when I signed up. Very very nice place. Thanks!
